Does it bother anyone that over the Easter weekend we had 10 of our guys kia in Iraq and all the news media & public seems interested in is Don Imus and his dumb mouth?

Three US troops died and another was injured when a roadside bomb exploded near their patrol in Baghdad on Monday, the U.S. military said on Tuesday.



In a statement, cited by Reuters, the military said the incident took place in southeastern Baghdad.



The latest deaths bring to some 40 the number of American troops killed in Iraq this month, putting April on course to be one of the deadliest months for Americn forces in some time. Over 3,280 US troops have been killed in Iraq since the 2003 invasion.



Meanwhile, a female suicide bomber blew herself up in a crowd of police recruits northeast of Baghdad on Tuesday, killing at least 14 people, police and hospital officials said.



The woman, wearing a black abaya, walked into a crowd of about 200 police recruits at the main gate of the Muqdadiyah police station, a police officer on the scene said. At least 14 people were killed and 20 injured, according to an official at Muqdadiyah General Hospital, who was speaking to the AP.
