Nokia has successfully garnered their first delay with no consequence statement from QCOM. Of course no one knows what is going on behind closed doors but:
QCOM needs to set a date like April 18 to cut off negotiations and file any other litigations, otherwise every day is a victory for Nokia, and just what they want.
