Mortgage defaults are spreading like an ebola virus. But the
Fed did 2 coupon passes in a row, Yesterday and Today, so
there will likely be no stock market weakness this week.

Watch the dollar, though. These coupon passes usually do
induce some serious weakness. A cross of 80, and I'm going
to short stocks. It's an important technical level. I think
83 was one too, and we are already below that. Some serious
foreign panic out of the dollar could start soon. They are
not selling yet, but it can't go all the way to zero without
them doing so, and I think 80 is the level.
