JAVC has to have a valid reason for raising cash or a cash problem. I have not followed this stock at all up to this point. If it is a cash problem the filing is a negative. If it is to raise cash, what is the purpose? Negatives are all over the place. REVERSE SPLIT SHARE DILUTION CFO RESIGNS Positives= ? I don't know. this is too easily a negative. So what am I missing?
