The Clintons do have an arrangement. They were going to divorce about 18 years ago but they made a deal to stick together.

The Bushes were also going to split about 14 years ago, LAura threatened she'd leave if he didn't stop drinking and carousing.

I have heard both of these from reliable sources who know the people.

I also heard Clinton likes chubby women, not real pretty ones, and that he doesn't go after them, they come after him. He is cuatious but weak. Sometimes he gives in. It's his one character flaw. Though in most parts of the world it's totally acceptable.
