Doug, it is funny that you question other's integrity when you are involved in the hype yourself. How about the following post stating there will be good news for the shareholders last week.
techstocks.com
Well, that was two weeks ago and your good news is a week late.
How about this statement of yours;
<<"Palermo almost promised latest Reg s buyers a triple by Jan.We will see.">>
Your hype as long as Quadrax's is the source of many people frustrations. I've have heard too many times, straight from the (Trojan) horses mouth, that "we are just around the corner." How about this one from the mouthpiece himself, Jim "I cannot understand the reason the stock price has fallen" all the while they were releasing Reg S shares and they were fully aware that this was the reason for the drop in share price. Or, how about this one, "We're on the three yard line getting ready to score" straight from Alon's mouth. From the majority of your posts it seems that you fostering a hidden agenda by posting anticipating posts so everyone will "keep the faith". You have posted your enormous holdings (supposedly) to impress everyone that you are a major player in Quadrax and have a inside scoup to the company as evidenced by your following statements;
<<"Confirm JM's hockey machine installation date...Co. did say that they may break even this quarter and be positive next.">>
Need more? How about these statements of yours;
<<"There are 13 institutions who have holdings in quadrax-combining for 4.7% of outstanding shares.There are 88 companies directly competing with quadrax.Thomson picks and WallStreet Research have buy ratings as does Spotlight and Investors Business Daily.The Bank of Boston made a purchase of the stock yesterday-investor relations will verify.The new pultrusion machine has been delayed because of factory shipment not because of quadrax's credit.">>
How about backing up your statements and naming those institutions since you have the inside scoup. If anybody has a BUY on Quadrax, I would like to see their performance stats for all of their picks. And if you have invested 500K in Quadrax as you stated here;
<<"I would pull my $500k investment out and the two dozen friends I have who are heavily invested,with me">>
I would question the advice of any person that would invest that amount of money in a risky stock like Quadrax. Any informed investor would NEVER invest that amount money in such a risky stock.
So come clean, do you work for Quadrax, or know someone who does? On the subject of the board, have you ever heard the saying "You are known by the company you keep ?" This old saying holds much truth.
This thing reaks more and more everyday, and I applaude J. Davies research into this company that is slowly falling apart while management lines their pockets at the shareholders expense. If your close family and friends cannot not stand intelligent contrarian opinion then don't read the board. My opinion as a shareholder has just as much merit as yours does. And, for your information I'm awake and fully aware of what is going on here, and all I have seen Jim Palermo do for me as a shareholder is decrease shareholder value.
This company has lost focus, evidenced by the Victor purchase which you claim to be such a good deal. Management thought the Vega deal was a good deal also. What kind of lawyers would make such a major error? Have you ever heard "if it sounds to good to be true, it probaly is." Why in the word would any SANE individual or investor group sell a company with annual sales of 12-18 million sell it for 750K.
Do you think we concerned shareholders are deaf and dumb. Please, your rhetoric is repulsing and contains no facts. I'll base my facts against your fiction anyday. So, go ahead and flame me because I am one shareholder up for the challenge.
