This is about life in America. This is about American values. Sharpton, Jackson, and those black rappers AREN'T American? Is that what you're saying? You may be worse than them or Imus in that case! I don't care all that much about how they live in the ME, Asia, Africa, and the rest of the world. Sharpton, Jackson, and those black rappers live in he ME, Asia, Africa, or the rest of the world? Fooled me. I care about us. Only as long as "us" is black? Kids going to Rutgers and playing basketball didn't do anything to Don Imus. I don't remember hearing of the Jews doing anything to Sharpton either, yet you appear to defend him. ao Why is he making obscene racist and sexist remarks against these kids before millions of listeners and viewers. Why are those black rappers urging millions to kill cops? And they use the same public radio waves controlled by the FCC. What if it were your daughter and somebody made comparable comments against them in front of millions of people? I'd kick their butt, but why hasn't that happened to Sharpton and Jackson for THEIR remarks? Can you say "double standard"? THERE! I knew you could! Feel better now? How is it funny or in anyway right for people to call and use hatefull language against anyone. Ask Al and Jesse, not me. I know most of the people on this thread disagree with me but I find Don Imus behavior in this instance extremely upsetting. Imus is an unmitigated, unreformable a$$ and always has been. But that excuses no one else who does the same or more to other groups. If you can't see this, I pity you.
