Not if they where suicide bombers who intentionally targeted civilians. Fortunately however they where not anything like that.

Also its hardly a universal truth. When someone is launching rockets at you, taking out the rocket launchers isn't likely to cause more total destruction to your side.

You don't think invading a foreign country is an act of aggression?

Not when you face military attack from that country. It is then an act of defense.

So you believe Iraq was going to attack the US. Is that correct?


I was talking about Israel and the PLO and Hezbollah, not the US and Iraq.

As for the US and Iraq - You don't have to be directly and recently attacked, for a military operation not to be an act of naked aggression.
