It's sort of like drawing the swastika on a synagogue. Not really. Pork isn't offensive to Muslims, as far as I know. They weren't attacked by pigs as little children. I live in a Muslim country and most of the restaurants serve pork, they just mark the menu items that contain pork or acohol with a symbol. I think pork is for Muslims similar to what caffeinated coffee is for Mormons - they aren't supposed to drink it but it isn't offensive to them. I doubt the German and Austrian restaurants in Israel have swastikas on the menu :-)
