Does it strike anyone as odd that there have been no new press releases (aside from the innocuous Nokia "business as usual" statement), no saber rattling, no new legal filings in the last two days. It seems to me the most logical interpretation is that the parties are negotiating seriously and each thinks a satisfactory resolution is a realistic possibility.
