So why don't the people of Gaza declare their independence and desire to live peacefully beside Israel in return for the Gaza + land up to Haffa? In other words, where is the Gaza peace proposal? If that's what they want (land up to Haffa), why haven't they thrown that offer out into the public domain to get the process rolling?
