I have no idea whether the man's story is true or not, or whether there are nefarious intentions in the actions of the TSA or whomever manages 'the list'. But it strikes me that this is the government we're talking about. The same government that buys hammers for $600, loses the files of combat veterans, gives housing and money to frauds posing as Katrina victims, builds bridges to nowhere, and sends me a tax bill for $0.00.
