I hold the report suspect for the following reasons. 1) The main character claims to be a person of great responsibility and accomplishment. Why would he simply assume such an unjust rule (ever protested) is an official policy. 2) The main character who is such a militaristic model of order and accountability didn't bother to take the person's name and follow up with a supervisor, yet had the time and facility to get a detailed article published. 3) Any nitwit would have sued the Airlines, why didn't this person do something like "protest," for example.
