If NOK continues to use Q ipr without paying royalties during these "ongoing negotiations", there should be some serious consideration given to filing a class action suit against NOK on behalf of Q investors. Maybe NOK would think it rather more prudent to pay for the pleasure of using Q ipr than risk paying that and more to stockholders that have certainly been injured by this little game they play (for yrs and yrs and yrs) called stalling.

I'm no lawyer......but that is how I feel about it.
