I didn't dig up the garbage, the Democrat party did that. Now he is a spokesman for the lunatic fringe and a foolish tool used by dictators.

I did not know anything about the bribery program until after Carter canceled it without properly considering the ramifications. Maybe it was a bad idea from the inception. I just report the facts. If you don't like them behave like a liberal and attack and or ignore them.
