Liar. Clarke spoke the truth UNDER OATH. What he said later to appease some of his Republican employers doesn't count. That was strictly damage control. What he said under oath counts 100% because if he committed perjury he could be put in prison.

This is why Bushies refuse to go under oath, because they['re all liars and they know it.
