haq,

agree that she was a vehement antagonist to our nation's military during the first and part of the second part of clinton's tenure ( that part when he was lobbing mistles into the Sudan and, of course, his decision to cripple Serbia in defense of the moslem albanians ).

Since then, she has shown, pre-horse race a decided interest in bolstering her support of the military, both legislatively and otherwise.

Her vote against Bush's current proposal is primarily an Iraqi POV that is herd like and political ( but necessary for poilitacal survival.... so call it, then, what you will ...cowardly, also comes to mind )

But imho , this woman has gone thru transformation since her second term began ., I believe she is the least isolationist of all the dems running. If she ever gets elected---which i give 20 to one on--she'll have some of the dem.---not all---and most of the repub cover--not all---to bomb the living shit out of iran which Bush can't or won't do at a time when---like NOW---when it could not be better---strategically and/or tactically.

Screw the criticism--what matter, the guy is an already hammered down peg. But dollars to donuts he arises from the ashes...if not now, within the year...if he does the right thing.

off on a tangent; and he we were talking about HC
