I love to take that whole wheat toast, butter it with Brown $ Brummel...or Smart Balance ( basically alike only one.. the first is made with a yogurt base check it out ) break if up into little pieces and mash the 3 minute egg into it.

I start the egg in the water and do for 3 minutes.

Your idea sounds great too.
