You do not know of what you post. There are in fact six worse Presidents worse than Carter. But there are no Ex-Presidents worse than Carter. Given that President Bush haas shown an ability to be discreet that Carter lacks, there is no reason to believe your prediction has greater than a zero percent chance of coming true.

Carter is a complete disgrace to the office he once held.
