Well, the one thing I found out with knees, and shoulder rotator tears as well....they DON'T get any better if you try to ignore them. In fact, the arthritis in my knees and shoulders, especially on the right side on both, just tore things worse than it could have been if I had not tried to be "brave" and hope it would go away. The Seahawk Doc (at the time) said it was a LOT worse than the xrays showed....

So, really, don't try to tough it out....
