It'll be to interesting to see Qualcomm's answer. My feeling is that Qualcomm wouldn't like to go to court about this, as the obvious outcome would be that the judge & the jury would ask to see the contracts. Then Nokia would say that "you know we would if we could but we can't" show the contracts, but Qualcomm would probably still want to keep them confidential.
