They are not under investigation because they are dead. They died when the planes crashed into the buildings. The "Conceiver's" of the plan, are either in jail or hiding in Pakistan/Iran. ie. Bin Ladin and Al Zawahiri. You Bush haters only look at the world through very narrow bifocals ... tainted glasses that skew your ability to discern events and the obvious threat of radical Islam and their hate religion. Most Islamic believers are not of the radical yoke... and the religion has been perverted by the actions of the few. Just as the "crusaders" of times past did not represent the values of the vast majority of Christians who do not believe in justice by the sword. But, that the Lord himself will stand on the Mount of Olives and fight for his people in Jerusalem when he gathers all nations and prepare the great "feast for the birds of heaven" who will "eat the flesh of Princes and Kings". But follow the Lord who tells us "if we live by the sword, we die by the sword" ... and to "love our enemies". Remember, "Father, forgive them, for they know NOT what they do" Peace, Ted :)
