What is best about all this, there is no denying the evidence because the evidence comes directly from the Securities and Exchange Commission including the transcripts of testimony taken and testimony that resulted in several criminals being arrested. But something happened on the way to Justice served, the SEC stopped short of going after those that aided in the fraud - Wall Street.

Imagine Citigroup being involved in money laundering and the SEC had the evidence without taking action. How about Knight "holding a market" and Knight was never fined for their actions? Bribes taking place and nobody from the street involved is charged.

To be a fly on the wall at the SEC as they read this and say - Oh Shit now what.
