Don't know if anyone has noticed.........I sure have.......but QUALCOMM is always near its high right around this time of year. The significance is that we here in America must invest in our IRAs before the 15th. Gonna wait this time and let it sit in a mutual fund and try to buy at lower price. There are advantages to down days.
