With the number of users on triple play; we can see that ARRS has a long way to go, and triple play telephony is cheaper than telco with taxes added. I think the future of triple play is only in its infancy. At $1 billion revenue, ARRS will be tripled if broadband and telephony are sold as triple play(equal in number of users).
