Not a lawyer, but yes, I see it the way you do....BTW, did you see this moveon poll? Good Golly Molly.....in this item, even Idiot Kucinich leads Clinton....she has to chafing at that! Does that mean she'll have to come out harder Left than Obama and Edwards? That will be hard, because both are pretty far left already. And Kucinich DEFINITELY is....
