The NC AG said they're not going to press criminal charges, and I get the impression it's because of her mental state. My best guess is that sometime in the near future she's going to be involuntarily committed, like she would have been that night, only she screamed rape to avoid it. And, of course, the MSM will go on about this poor, tragic woman, how the "rape" ruined her life, etc, etc. Blech.
