Let's look at it another way. Yellowcake just did a JV with Strathmore. Strathmore isn't going to waste their time on a bunch of yahoos. They wouldn't do a JV with anyone that could not pass muster, imo. Strathmore is becoming a serious player, as their ongoing negotiations with a Global 500 company for a mill and part of Roca Honda demonstrate. So, I would still give them the benefit of the doubt.
