Well, I would be a "no moderation" moderator, other than the SI TOU. "Repeatedly expressing an ANTI-anything opinion in a caustic manner" would NOT be grounds for punishment, unless the frequency of repetition was so high as to cause the SI Admin to step in for spam reasons. No "speed-limits"-- whiners can use ignore, and if they don't have ignore because they only have a free account, they can simply shut up. :)
