Anyone who still thinks that these were 'legitimate questions' has not been paying attention.

When all this came out, I did my research, buying both O'Neal's and Brinkley's books, and researching on the web. It became obvious to me that the smear was based on lies, and rooted in the fact that Kerry came out as antiwar.

It's been discussed in great detail here, during the 2004 campaign and after. If you'd like to discuss a particular 'legitimate question' about his service, let's do it. However, it'd simply be a rehash of other discussions. I have yet to see any evidence that will stand up that Kerry acted improperly or did not deserve all the medals and accolades for his service.
