Well, MSRN.com lumps TRTC in with the Electronic Instruments sector.
When compared to this group TRTC's PE is 30% of the average PE for the industry. This implies a triple from here if it gets to parity with the others in its group. Pretty simple way to come up with a target price and probably not too accurate. I would settle for a double.
