Liar. Clinton-Berger put out the word to Border Patrol and all other federal agencies to be on the red alert look-out. That's why the Al Qaida attack was stopped.

Bush got a much more terrifying warning on 8-6-01 and did absolutely nothing. Not a single phonecall. Rice, Cheney and Ashcroft didn't do anything either. They were all warned several times in the most alarming terms.
