If you want a simple class action suit on NOK, buy 1 share and file a shareholer lawsuit (class level on CEO and SOX compliance on US ADRs) for misreporting expenses and costs relative to certain business costs.

They have stated in the 10k that it is more than 3%, yet now they claim it is less. Then who is misreporting earnings?

This will cost alot less than suing them for screwing with QCOM.

And it would be about time that someone nailed down the less than truthful maangement there...
