engineer: "They have stated in the 10k that it is more than 3%, yet now they claim it is less. Then who is misreporting earnings?" Art Bechoefer: "You got it right! This looks like a violation of securities laws." I don't think there's enough detail in the SEC 20-F filing (10-K is for domestic corporations) to permit detection of this alleged "misreporting." If either of you can point to data that proves otherwise, I will gladly stand corrected.
