I believe HISC may be headed back up and here is why.
They have a sales force that ha contacts in the current administration.
The stock was beaten to a pulp after the Evans spin off of shares.
The product is viable and currently being sold in 28 states and 5 countries.
They have and are doing sizeable SHARE BUY BACKS.
