Anytime the enabling of retail wireless operators is discussed I think of "MVNOs", although in its popular usage MVNO connotes an existing wholesaler's up-and-working base platform. This may be the case for Qualcomm's outsourced function handled by Verizon, but it doesn't appear that way where NextWave is concerned. At least not that we've discussed thus far. If I'm mistaken in making this distinction, then kindly advise. I want to look over a few items related to roaming and hand-offs tomorrow before responding to your second post to me me. Thanks for both replies.
