Has Broadcom become Nokia's whore? Finally, Gilder steps forward with a cogent analysis of what is at stake in this battle. "At a recent ITC public hearing, Broadcom CEO Scott MacGregor declared that the U.S. wireless telecom system would function better if it completely capitulated to the European standard" Hopefully MacGregor remembers that when the Nazis were driven out of Italy and France, local citizens rewarded the prostitutes who had befriended them by publicly shaving their heads. I wonder if it isn't going to be soon time for a little public haircut for the Broadcom executive team? j.
