IMO the vote on Kirkurk will not be delayed... and thus Turkey and Kurdistan are headed for a second round of real trouble over the fate of the Turkomen, (the first round, of course, being the 'terrorist' organizations that base themselves in Kurdistan to run attacks against Turkey across the border).... Did you also notice that the Israelis are alleged to be basing Intelligence agents in Kurdistan, to run black-ops inside Iran across the border?
