I don't know if you noticed Manny but the American border sits in the middle of most of the great lakes. They don't need a gunboat to suck lake michigan dry, and the other lakes would drain to fill it back up. And what would canada do to stop it, send the Haida in to finish off the evil doers? Too bad the engines weren't restored with the rest of the boat.
