They're either extremely naive, careless or...?

They have been acquiescent in allowing Congress to write laws forcing them to keep records that can be subpoenaed. We need the next Prez to come in and say, "we won't keep these records, and if you don't like it, sue us and take it to the Supremes."

I think they would win.
