I am beginning to hear what seems to be some fear-mongering regarding the scarcity of water in the US and the future of Canadian water. Not to worry, IMO. In the foreseeable future, technology will be developed (or will have been developed) for massive desalinization of sea water using the energy of the sun! and drinkable water delivered continent-wide from coast to coast 24/7 via a massive network of pipelines. So, what's the fuss about water? Desalinization of water is already being used to obtain drinking water from sea water in Middle Eastern countries and in Singapore. .
