Suma, did you get that soft boiled egg on whole wheat toast yesterday? I did and it was just as great as I expected. I reminded myself of a little gadget I have that will let me soft poach an egg in the microwave. Takes only 18 seconds on high and it comes out just right. I do that sometimes instead of soft boiling. It goes on the toast the same way.
