Starr was recently busted for fraud in a case he was working on, manufacturing phony evidence in an attempt to deceive the court. He is a rightwing Christian type and he went on a witchhunt which had nothing to do with anything important, all because Clinton was so successful and good for the country that the rightwing panicked and had to manufacture some kind of dirt on his legacy.
