The current tax law coupled with the only piece of Hillary Care that passed make the vaccine business very unfavorable. The federal government became the largest buyer of vaccine, and predictably beat down profit margins. Drug company sellers cannot book the revenue until pharmacies or doctors take delivery. This makes selling for a stockpile with uncertain delivery problematic for a for profit entity. Message 20702947
