EGOV closed at its intraday H. bigcharts.marketwatch.com It had some help this week from MotleyFool & Forbes. It still has to close above its Feb 1 H of 5.82 Today's volume remained modest at 218Ks. bigcharts.marketwatch.com Probably there was some amount of short covering, since the short position had increased about 30% in the last month & was around 10x its AvgDailVol. EGOV has had 4Qs of double digit improvements on revenues, but that has not been reflected on the bottom line as yet. The EE for 2007 aren't good, but in 2008 a 50% improvement is expected.<g> At any rate, it seems it could be OK to start picking up some shares on dips as the R/R doesn't look bad with a target around $10 in 12 to 16 months.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
