A spokesman for New Jersey Gov. Jon S. Corzine says it doesn't appear that the governor was wearing a seatbelt during a crash that left him critically injured. I wonder if Jon Corzine will be issued a summons. edit: As a result of his breaking the law the State will pick up the hospital tab.... low estimate $100,000.
