CBF is on my watch list too Paul.

If it goes down a little more, I will own some too.

I think I have a buy order in at a little bit lower but not much.

I havent spent a lot of time looking at CBF really. Just noticed the insider buying and the attractive dividend.

And, as you say, the the tie-in to CB Richard Ellis cant be bad.
