Hence the reason why we put such a high standard of behavior on our troops. We expect them to function reasonably and sanely in an insane environment. Of course, the Muslim "freedom fighters" aren't held to any such standard except how many innocent civilians they can kill and how much they can demoralize the free world.

Hence they are not impressed by our guilt and self-doubt. All they see is weakness, because they play by a much different set of rules than we do. And unfortunately, their rules are more "primal" in nature than ours.


Your argument is interesting. Its the same argument the Israelis present. Both societies claim to be more sensitive to killing than their enemies. I think its all hogwash. The truth is both Israel and the America kill in much greater numbers because of the weaponry they use. In fact, Israel used cluster bombs in Lebanon which is outlawed by many countries because it is so destructive and deadly. I think Israel and the US speak with forked tongue.
