Hey Pugs: I don't understand the reference to Ben and Jerry, this companies stock has gotten "creamed" (pardon the pun).
Another question, <The RMIL asset base is in excess of Twenty Million Dollars ($21,010,431) with the addition of the Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000).>, am I correct in assuming from this statement that actual assets of Rocky Mountain Water are $16,010,431? And am I also correct in assuming, the only reason for the $21,010,431 figure, is the addition of the OVIS stock, which appears to have been issued, simply to bolster the numbers? $5m was "paid" in newly issued stock. Has OVISs value changed in any way prior to this agreement, if not, how can the additional shares add any "real" asset value to the new entity? IMO this is a paper money trail with no additional real added value, this $5m has been created by stock issuance. Appreciate constructive opinions. TIA
Kenny
