Very definitely!! Except I'd add..." stay off his back ALL the time"... Bush does quite well speaking on his own when he is left to his own devices.... Bush is quite brilliant when he speaks off the cuff on topics he is passionate about. He needs to get some speech writers off his back sometimes.
